Terms and Conditions

I. Acceptance of the Terms

This document sets out the General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the "Terms") that apply to accessing, using, registering for and browsing the ROBI platform (hereinafter, the "Platform").

By registering for, accessing or using the Platform, the user states that they have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms, without reservation or exception.

If the user does not agree, they must refrain from using the services.

II. Purpose of the Service

ROBI is a technology platform that offers digital tools including:

Automatic audio-to-text transcription
Summary generation using artificial intelligence
Multimedia content conversion
Temporary file storage
Management of notes, tasks and activity history

ROBI acts solely as a technology provider and does not intervene in the content generated, processed or stored by users.

The Platform may modify, update or discontinue features at any time, without prior notice.

III. Nature of the Service and Limitation of Liability

The service provided by ROBI is based on automated artificial intelligence systems.

Accordingly:

The accuracy, precision or completeness of transcripts or summaries is not guaranteed
Continuous and uninterrupted availability of the service is not ensured
The absence of technical errors or failures is not guaranteed

ROBI shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of information
Financial losses or loss of profits
Decisions made based on the generated content

The user acknowledges that they use the Platform at their own sole risk.

IV. Registration and User Account

To access certain features, the user must create an account.

The user agrees to:

Provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information
Keep their credentials confidential
Not share their account with third parties
Immediately report any unauthorized use

ROBI shall not be liable for improper access resulting from failure to comply with these obligations.

V. Permitted Use and Prohibitions

The user agrees to use the Platform in accordance with applicable law, good faith and public order.

It is prohibited to:

Upload or process content that is illegal, defamatory or infringes third parties' rights
Use the Platform to record or transcribe without complying with the corresponding legal obligations
Attempt to access, breach or interfere with the Platform's systems
Reverse engineer or misuse the software

ROBI may suspend or delete accounts that breach these provisions.

VI. Responsibility for Recordings and Consent

                ⚠️ IMPORTANT — The user declares, warrants and assumes, under their sole responsibility, that:
            

They have all the authorizations necessary to record conversations
They have informed all participants about the recording in advance
They have obtained the consent of third parties where required by applicable law
The content does not infringe rights of privacy, image, voice or personal data

The user acknowledges that recording private conversations without consent may be prohibited by applicable regulations.

ROBI acts solely as a technical processor and does not control or validate the origin of recordings.

Under no circumstances shall ROBI be liable for the misuse of recordings made by users.

VII. Use in Work and Professional Settings

The user acknowledges that using the Platform in work, professional or educational meetings may involve processing confidential information.

The user agrees to:

Inform all participants about the use of recording and transcription tools
Comply with the internal policies of companies or institutions
Not record or process confidential information without authorization

ROBI shall not be liable for disputes, penalties or claims arising from the use of the Platform in such settings.

VIII. Indemnification

The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ROBI against any claim, damage, loss, penalty or cost arising from:

Misuse of the Platform
Violation of third parties' rights
Non-compliance with applicable regulations

The user assumes full civil and criminal liability for the content they use on the Platform.

IX. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Platform, including software, design, text, trademarks and logos, are the property of ROBI or its licensors.

It is prohibited to:

Copy, reproduce or distribute content without authorization
Modify it or create derivative works
Commercialize any part of the Platform

Content uploaded by the user remains their property.

X. Privacy and Personal Data

ROBI collects and processes personal data solely to provide the service.

Data collected:

Name
Email address
Recordings and transcripts

Purpose: operation of the Platform and improvement of the service.

Retention: while the account remains active and for up to two (2) years afterwards.

ROBI does not sell users' personal data. However, it may share information with technology providers that are strictly necessary for the operation of the service.

The user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, updating, erasure and objection under Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326.

XI. Data Processing and International Transfer

Data processed by ROBI may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside the Argentine Republic, including the United States.

By using the Platform, the user:
Expressly authorizes the international transfer of their data, acknowledges that such countries may not offer the same level of data protection, and accepts processing by external artificial intelligence providers.

ROBI takes reasonable security measures but does not guarantee how third parties process the data.

XII. Use of Artificial Intelligence

The Platform uses third-party artificial intelligence services to process audio and text.

The user acknowledges and accepts that:

Content may be processed automatically
Results may contain errors or inaccuracies
ROBI does not control the internal workings of such systems

We recommend not using the Platform to process highly confidential information.

XIII. Payments and Subscriptions

If paid services are purchased:

Prices may be changed with prior notice
No refunds will be issued for unused periods
Failure to pay may result in suspension of the service

XIV. Suspension or Termination of Accounts

ROBI may suspend or delete accounts in the event of:

Breach of these Terms
Improper or abusive use of the Platform
Illegal or suspicious activity

Deletion of the account will not give rise to any right to compensation.

XV. Service Availability

ROBI does not guarantee continuous availability of the service.

Interruptions may occur due to:

Technical maintenance
System failures
External factors

XVI. Age Restriction

The Platform is intended for people over 18 years of age.

Users between 13 and 18 years old must have authorization from their legal representatives.

No data is collected from children under 13.

XVII. Changes

ROBI may modify these Terms at any time.

Changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email.

Continued use of the service will constitute acceptance of the changes.

XVIII. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.

Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
